Right now, we are looking for a customer success manager who can help our B2B clients get the most out of their B2B webshop through video commerce.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Success: Drive clients’ B2B Video Commerce strategies to maximize Sprii’s value add and drive revenues for both Sprii and its clients.

This includes:

▹ Developing video commerce strategie

▹ Developing and executing change management processes

▹ Coordinating client onboarding projects (incl. client training)

▹ Account management of our existing B2B customer base

▹ Coordinating technical implementation of our software (no software or IT background required)

▹ Support for B2B customers

  • Manage pipeline: Create and manage your own customer success pipeline in collaboration with sales colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Provide strategies: Work closely with Sprii's partners and internal team to continually develop onboarding & account management strategies.
  • Collaborate: Work across the Sprii Team from Marketing, Success, Product, Integration and become an expert in Sprii technology and “best practices” of B2B Video Commerce.
  • Deliver insights: Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to the Sprii management team.
  • Become a brand  expert: Become an expert in B2B Video Commerce and lead Sprii partners to success.

We're Looking For

  • Experienced go-getter: Proven track record in customer success management, account management, high-level support role, or similar role (min. 3 yrs.) with concrete results from within a fast-paced (software) startup environment.
  • Relationship builder: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, comes easy to you. 
  • Organized do’er: You work in a structured way, organized, following processes, and you have a proactive `let’s get things done´ mentality. You are able to keep overview, handling multiple projects simultaneously and have strong analytical skills.
  • Education: relevant university master’s degree (kandidatgrad in Danish)
