What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support to address user inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate professional empathy to deeply understand and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with our development team to report identified issues and suggest improvements for our software.
  • Test and evaluate software updates to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of our users.
  • Offer guidance and training to users on how to maximize the features and functionalities of our platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Update and adding written documentation to software use, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for users.

We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in basic webshop administration.
  • In-depth understanding of Instagram and Facebook functionalities.
  • Strong IT aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for helping others and a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
