Julia Söderqvist founded Returbo after spotting a problem every e-commerce operator knows but few have solved: returns management is broken, expensive, and entirely manual. In 2021 she hired her first developer, and by early 2023 had launched Returbo, now used by 200+ e-commerce businesses across five countries to automate returns and convert them into exchanges that retain revenue rather than lose it.
