What you’ll be doing
As a DACH Sales Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying the right brands to closing high-value deals. You’ll be a trusted advisor to leading retail and e-commerce companies and help them succeed through Live Shopping and Video Commerce.
Full-cycle ownership: You’ll drive the entire sales process from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
Hunting & acquiring: Identify major brands and large webshops, understand their commercial goals, and position Sprii as the #1 solution.
Building strong relationships: You’ll develop long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, from e-commerce and SoMe managers to C-level decision-makers.
Creating commercial impact: You’ll understand our customers’ growth levers and showcase how Sprii drives revenue, engagement, and loyalty.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with QA, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless sales journey.
Driving strategic deals: You’ll shape Sprii’s growth in key markets and help define how Live Shopping evolves across Europe.
Who you are
You’re a natural closer who understands complex buying processes and thrives on achieving big numbers. You bring:
- Strong experience in SaaS sales in DACH, ideally towards mid-market or enterprise companies
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Confidence in managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- A strategic, curious, and commercial mindset with strong business understanding
- Confidence presenting to decision-makers both online and in-person
- Fluent German and English
