Now we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s hungry, curious, and competitive, and ready to open doors for some of the most exciting webshops and brands in Sweden andacross the Nordic countries.
If you love turning conversations into opportunities, spotting potential before anyone else does, and being part of a high-performing commercial team… then you’re going to love this.
What you’ll be doing
Prospecting & outreach: You’ll find the right leads, start the right conversations, and get them excited about Sprii in close collaboration with our QA and Sales teams.
Qualifying: You’ll dig into their pains, potential, and readiness for Live Shopping.
Building trust: You’ll be the first friendly face, or voice, they meet from Sprii.
Driving pipeline: Book high-quality meetings for our Sales Team and keep your pipeline structured and clean in HubSpot.
Collaborating: Work closely with your QA and Sales teammates to share insights and help us stay ahead in the Scandinavian market.
Hitting targets: Because we’re a growth company — and you love hitting goals.
Who you are
You’re someone who can turn a “not sure” into a “tell me more” — and a “maybe” into a meeting.
You bring:
- Experience in outbound B2B sales, with SaaS as a plus
- A strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Energy, resilience, and the drive to win
- Structure in your workflow and ownership of your numbers
- Curiosity about e-commerce, social commerce, and new technology
- Fluent English and Swedish, with Scandinavian language skills as a big advantage
You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need the right mindset: hungry, positive, collaborative, and ready to grow fast.

Language: Fluent Swedish and English, and preferably other languages.
