What youâll be doing
As a Sales Executive, youâll own the full sales cycle, from identifying the right brands to closing high-value deals. Youâll be a trusted advisor to leading retail and e-commerce companies and help them succeed through Live Shopping and Video Commerce.
đĽ Full-cycle ownership: Drive the entire sales process â from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
đŻ Hunting & acquiring: Identify major brands and large webshops, understand their commercial goals, and position Sprii as the #1 solution.
đ¤ Building strong relationships: Youâll develop long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, from e-commerce and SoMe managers to C-level decision-makers.
đ Creating commercial impact: Youâll understand our customersâ growth levers and showcase how Sprii drives revenue, engagement, and loyalty.
𧊠Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with QA, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless sales journey.
đ Driving strategic deals: Youâll shape Spriiâs growth in key markets and help define how Live Shopping evolves across Europe.

Who you are
Youâre a natural closer who understands complex buying processes and thrives on achieving big numbers. You bring:
- Strong experience in (SaaS) sales, ideally towards mid-market or enterprise
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Confidence in managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- A strategic, curious, commercial mindset with strong business understanding
- Comfortable presenting to decision-makers both online and in-person
- Fluent English  (more languages are a plus, but not required)
